Participate in our animal-saving mission and help us continue creating a better tomorrow for our rescues.
My Story:
Animal Hope Uganda is a charity that was born out of family concern for animals living in cruelty in Uganda.
It was founded by Richard K Senkuba after his son was diagnosed with cancer and the family went through psychological distress.
It was during this time, while at Multicare Mary bridge children’s hospital. We met Olaf (Child life Facility dog) at the hospital bed side. We were motivated, inspired ,and comforted us as a family and gave our son hope.
At this moment I started thinking about thousands of animals facing cruelty in my motherland Uganda, and the idea of enhancing and changing animal lives started right from the hospital bedside.
